Schiefelbein, Andrew d5429afd7c Removed as much of the pre generated CSS as possible 
The css was from coreui's build and had a lot of unnecessary
detritus in it.  There is likely more that can be removed but
functions started to break with indiscriminate deletion.

It may be best for us to develop our own CSS at some point
