Jeremy Stanley 99329d88ac Remove unused module index in documentation ... We don't currently use sphinx.ext.autodoc as most of the source code is missing docstrings anyway. Remove it so that we'll stop creating a broken link to py-modules.html when rendering documentation. This can be reverted later when we're ready to add source documentation to the project.
