Add query for citcloud-lon1 slow nodes / n-cpu unavailable

The live migration jobs are failing intermittently because the
heartbeat report interval is overrun for the nova-compute
service which auto-disables the nova-compute service and removes
it from scheduling. This is happening predominantly in citcloud-lon1
nodes.
