Update run_tests.sh and remove tests-repo-clone.sh
The lint tests make use of the common linters test used by the roles, so we need to ensure that the run_tests.sh script is updated and the configuration adjusted accordingly. Change-Id: Icbb29acbfcee6a1c1aa5520153a38a1a703a3b4a
