This updates astara-horizon code for the project rename: * References to Akanda/akanda changed to Astara/astara * Refernces to RUG/Rug removed or replaced with astara * RugClient -> AstaraClient * Panel renamed RUG -> Astara Also added copyright headers to all code files.
