Aurelien Lourot 74dc156660 Add Victoria to the test gate

Also sync libraries.
Also take trusty-mitaka out of the gate because of linked bug.
Also fixed Victoria bundles as they were trying to deploy
percona-cluster.

Overview

This directory provides Zaza tests definitions and bundles to verify basic deployment functionality from the perspective of this charm, its requirements and its features, as exercised in a subset of the full OpenStack deployment test bundle topology.
