XieYingYun 052a1a4559 Fix some reST field lists in docstrings Probably the most common format for documenting arguments is reST field lists [1]. This change updates some docstrings to comply with the field lists syntax. Enabling in Devstack

WARNING: the stack.sh script must be run in a disposable VM that is not being created automatically, see the README.md file in the "devstack" repository. See contrib/vagrant to create a vagrant VM.

Download DevStack:

git clone https://git.openstack.org/openstack-dev/devstack.git
cd devstack

Add this repo as an external repository:

> cat local.conf
[[local|localrc]]
enable_plugin designate https://git.openstack.org/openstack/designate

run stack.sh
