Exercise quantum v2 api without namespace

Added quantum_v2.sh for quantum v2 api exercise.

Quantum exercise script requires the following settings:
- Q_USE_NAMESPACE=False
- LIBVIRT_FIREWALL_DRIVER=nova.virt.firewall.NoopFirewallDriver

And the following services enabled:
- quantum, q-svc, q-agt, q-dhcp
