Kevin Lyda d66c965b0c Correct comment about SWIFT_LOOPBACK_DISK_SIZE.
The comment regarding SWIFT_LOOPBACK_DISK_SIZE in lib/swift used the
incorrect unit (bytes instead of kilobytes).
