Perform a cleanup of configuring.rst
This patch aims to make a few of the parts of the config file a bit more relevant. * Changing the old store names (glance.store.*.Store) * "New file" * Small note about more config files. * config file -> configuration file Change-Id: I1fd5012b60fe66ede95d08fc353ffddc8ac60142
