- Added new test file test_image_members.py
- Move existing member tests from test_images.py to new file
- Refactored TestMultipleStoreImageMembers to inherit from
  TestImageMembers to avoid duplication
- Still scope for refactoring which can be done in followup if anyone is
  interested
