rabi a5838a8c21 Use common function for logging with devstack 
Now that sevices run with systemd at the gate, use the common
function to make it compatible(i.e colorized_logging).

Enabling heat in DevStack

  1. Download DevStack:

    git clone https://git.openstack.org/openstack-dev/devstack
cd devstack

  2. Add this repo as an external repository into your local.conf file:

    [[local|localrc]]
enable_plugin heat https://git.openstack.org/openstack/heat

  3. Run stack.sh.
