Fix the CLI symbol in the quickstart doc
The CLI propmpt symbol in the updated doc was changed to #, which implies root. Lets not encourage people to run a bunch of things as root. This patch reverts it to $ Change-Id: Iac7343e676cc58b79e7328cdbad1652f98da0ecf Implements: blueprint pike-docs-overhaul
