The Bare Metal service is a collection of components that provides support to
manage and provision physical machines.

This new installation manual is being built. For the time being, please read
the legacy `Ironic Installation Guide <http://docs.openstack.org/developer/ironic/deploy/install-guide.html>`_.

This chapter assumes a working setup of OpenStack following the
`OpenStack Installation Tutorial <http://docs.openstack.org/#install-guides>`_.
