In order for the ironic_dnsmasq container to successfully run the "ironic_dnsmasq_dhcp_range" needs to have beginning and end values. Even though the parameter is present in ansible/roles/ironic/defaults/main.yml, the appropriate place to set these values is globals.yml Change-Id: I2801c84510b6e1d929f4a6a6334142ff16eefea0 Closes-Bug: 1746005

The Kolla-Ansible is a deliverable project separated from Kolla project.
Kolla-Ansible deploys OpenStack services and infrastructure components in Docker containers.
Kolla's mission statement is:
To provide production-ready containers and deployment tools for operating
OpenStack clouds.Kolla is highly opinionated out of the box, but allows for complete customization. This permits operators with little experience to deploy OpenStack quickly and as experience grows modify the OpenStack configuration to suit the operator's exact requirements.
