mark.sturdevant 18e3fcda0e HPE3PAR make share from snapshot writable

Use share mounting and copying to allow the
3PAR to export writable shares created from
snapshots. This version works without the
data service driver data helper.

Implements: blueprint hpe3par-rw-snapshot-shares
