zhongjun 4334a067f0 Add user_id echo in manila show/create/manage API 
Add "user_id" detail when we run command
"manila show/create/manage ...". Make the operator know
which user created this share.

MANILA

You have come across an OpenStack shared file system service. It has identified itself as "Manila." It was abstracted from the Cinder project.
