Ankit Agrawal 58af05447d Remove duplicate keys from dictionary 
There are a few places where duplicate keys are defined in the
dictionary. Removed all such occurrences throughout the code.

MANILA

You have come across an OpenStack shared file system service. It has identified itself as "Manila." It was abstracted from the Cinder project.
