Thomas Bechtold 6785cad994 Enable bashate during pep8 run 
bashate checks shell script syntax (similar to pep8 for python). Fix
currently available scripts and enable the check for the scripts.

Enabling in Devstack

  1. Download DevStack

  2. Add this repo as an external repository:

    > cat local.conf
[[local|localrc]]
enable_plugin manila https://github.com/openstack/manila

  3. run stack.sh
