When updating a network which already has bound ports with a subnet
in which Autonomous Address Configuration is enabled (Stateless Address
Auto Configuration, DHCPv6-stateless) the ports will be updated with
the new address. This will not happen if the subnet is DHCPv6-stateful.
The same is true for the case when the ports are bound with an IPv6
subnet (the network has no other IPv4 subnet), and an IPv4 subnet
is added later, the ports will not be updated.

A workaround is to manually update the port with fixed_ips and add the
subnet in the request.
