Stephen Finucane adb39e2d1c Add new neutron.wsgi module This allows deployment tooling to easily switch from passing a binary path to passing a Python module path. We'll use it shortly. OpenStack Neutron

Neutron is an OpenStack project to provide "network connectivity as a service" between interface devices (e.g., vNICs) managed by other OpenStack services (e.g., Nova).
