This patch is migrating the OVN migration scripts. At the moment, only migration from ML2/OVS to ML2/OVN in a TripleO environment is supported. Neutron is an OpenStack project to provide "network connectivity as a service" between interface devices (e.g., vNICs) managed by other OpenStack services (e.g., Nova).
