Same as done in [1], this patch removes the "logger" mechanism from the OVN devstack configuration examples. This mechanism driver is not relevant nor neccessary for the ML2/OVN jobs. [1]https://review.opendev.org/c/openstack/neutron/+/941211 Change-Id: I26103faa05d289089b85625df5f843bb7b9034ad
