Rodolfo Alonso Hernandez e4a0d153f6 [eventlet-removal] Remove "logger" mechanism from config examples
Same as done in [1], this patch removes the "logger" mechanism from
the OVN devstack configuration examples. This mechanism driver is not
relevant nor neccessary for the ML2/OVN jobs.
