Remove task "Check to see if yum's fastestmirror plugin is present" - this not need for RHEL9/10
Task "Configure dnf fastestmirror" - complete updated for correct enable fastestmirror in RHEL9/10.
And update rule for task "Enable CodeReadyBuilder repository" - this need for RHEL10 too.
