Kevin Carter 38b510c0d4 Add staticweb to the default middleware list ... This change adds the "staticweb" middleware to the default list of middleware deployed. Per http://docs.openstack.org/developer/swift/middleware.html#staticweb, staticweb should be added to the pipeline just after any auth middleware.
