We are gonna use libvirt unix socket in nova.
We are trying to realize live migration in libvirt while guarantee
secure. To realize this, replaced 127.0.0.1 with 0.0.0.0 for listen
address and plus enabled tls instead bare tcp.
And in the nova, used libvirt unix socket to connect instead of tcp
127.0.0.1 connection.

The cryptography package from pypi recently introduced some
breaking changes[0] with regards to forcing a dependency on rust.
This caused the multinode gate to fail when building the
kubeadm-aio image.
This change updates pip to the latest version as a workaround.

This change adds in the script to eventually enforce release note
updates when a chart version is bumped. It will currently be set
to ignore if it fails, however once all of the charts are updated,
this should be removed to hard-enforce.

The wait_for_pgs() function in the rbd pool job waits for all PGs
to become active before proceeding, but in the event of an upgrade
that decreases pg_num values on one or more pools it sees PGs in
the clean+premerge+peered state as peering and waits for "peering"
to complete. Since these PGs are in the process of merging into
active PGs, waiting for the merge to complete is unnecessary. This
change will reduce the wait time in this job significantly in
these cases.
