KHIYANI, RAHUL (rk0850) 774d85b77e Add missing security-context for ceph-rgw test pod 
This updates the ceph-rgw chart to include the pod
security context on the pod template.

This also adds the container security context to set
readOnlyRootFilesystem flag to true

Mission

The goal of OpenStack-Helm-Infra is to provide charts for services or integration of third-party solutions that are required to run OpenStack-Helm.
