Steve Wilkerson bea44e53bf Add Elasticsearch liveness/readiness probes 
The elasticsearch tests fail because the pods don't have
readiness or liveliness probes in the templates. This adds those
definitions

Openstack-Helm-Infra

Mission

The goal of OpenStack-Helm-Infra is to provide charts for services or integration of third-party solutions that are required to run OpenStack-Helm.
