Matthew Heler d50bd2daad Fix detection of failure domain type 
Small typo in the logic filtering of the failure domain type for
an OSD pod. This wasn't initially found since it didn't break any
expected behavior tests.

Openstack-Helm-Infra

Mission

The goal of OpenStack-Helm-Infra is to provide charts for services or integration of third-party solutions that are required to run OpenStack-Helm.
