<para>The use of high availability in a Networking deployment
helps mitigate the impact of individual node failures. In general, you
can run <systemitem class="service"
>neutron-server</systemitem> and <systemitem
class="service">neutron-dhcp-agent</systemitem> in an

fashion.

conflicts with respect
