Provide the latest screenshots in ops guide for cleanup
The "Create Project form" and "Edit Project form" screenshot are out of date, this patch change them to the latest, and modify the related content. Closes-Bug: #1616923 Change-Id: Ie5412cf9be02388ba9d81ff7058102d976cebee3
