[glossary] Consolodate project codenames [trove]

- Combine "Database service" entry with "trove" entry.
  - Rename "Database service" to "Database service (trove)"
  - Link "trove" to "Database service (trove)"
  - Make sure description matches project.yaml
- Resolve glossary references.
