Update document for Huawei cinder volume driver
Huawei FC driver and HVS storage system driver were merged into Havana. So this patch updates configuration guide for the changes. Closes-bug: 1232657 Change-Id: Icc15073bf6195abc55aa3d24a08d878ff6aa94d9
