Paul Belanger 41f672ba2d Move run-docs.sh intree 
So, we need to break the dependency on jenkins/scripts, to do that,
first import the current shell script so we can start ansiblefy it.

OpenStack Infra Zuul jobs

This repo contains a set of ansible playbooks which are used by the OpenStack project CI system Zuul. You should edit these files to make configuration changes to OpenStack Infrastructure CI.
