7e5be7c54c Switch to stestr 
According to Openstack summit session [1],
stestr is maintained project to which all Openstack projects should migrate.
Let's switch to stestr as other projects have already moved to it.

16f956d6f3 ignore .eggs directory 
This directory contains eggs that were downloaded by setuptools
to build, test, and run plug-ins.

This directory caches those eggs to prevent repeated downloads.

We need to ignore it.

355d15aee3 Ignore any egg and egg-info directories 
Running the tests installs pbr in a way that leaves a .egg directory in
the source tree, so update the ignore file to ignore it.
