Key moments:
  * fill "trustee" section in heat.conf
  * add auth_plugin support (for interaction
    with keystone)
  * deprecate keystone_authtoken options
    (all options not for auth_plugin settings)
  * use versionless keystone urls
  * create "clients_keystone" section to prevent
    "keystone_authtoken/auth_uri" usage
