fix vxlan example to contain a valid range

Otherwise we end up with the following error:

ERROR neutron.plugins.ml2.drivers.type_vxlan NetworkTunnelRangeError: Invalid network Tunnel range: '0:300' - 0 is not a valid vxlan identifier
