Fix warning when running tox -e docs

  cmd: /bin/rm
  env: /home/python-mistralclient/.tox/docs
Maybe you forgot to specify a dependency? See also the
whitelist_externals envconfig setting.
*WARNING: html_static_path entry
u'/home/python-mistralclient/doc/source/_static' does not exist
