Instead of directly mocking out the HTTPClient use requests-mock to stub the information that is going over the wire instead of what is being passed to HTTPClient. This ensures that the HTTPClient is always tested as well. Change-Id: I988fb432ced6d4946ab5301ac58fa0d7148bbb79
