Remove novaclient.v1_1 module

A long time ago in a galaxy far far away...this module was deprecated
(see 0a60aae852d2688861d0b4ba097a1a00529f0611 for more details) and
it's time to remove it(one full release of deprecation (Liberty) is 
ended).

Also, let's stop testing compute-api-version=1.1 .
