Rodolfo Alonso Hernandez be1dca06e0 Add "isort" library to blacklist 
"pylint" requires a class named "SortImports", not present in
"isort" versions >=5.0.0. Until "pylint" fixes this problem, we
should allow each projecty to install its own "isort" library
version to unblock CI pep8 jobs.
