Add Fedora to SAIO.
In the past we had a document at Wiki, called RHELInstructions, but it was permanently out of date, and someone deleted it, in order to stop the confusion. Differences for Fedora as quite small and it makes sense to maintain them inside the main document. This patch also fixes a couple of obvious problems: - a missing period - unwanted leading space that breaks a paragraph Still no idea how to remove color from [swift-hash].
