Alistair Coles bfbc94c3cb Fix intermittent container replicator test failure ... Intermittent failure of this test could be due to insufficient time elapsing between either the local and remote db's being created or during the debug_timing calls. This patch forces greater timestamp separation and forces debug_timing to always log timings. Also add message to the failign assertion so if this does fail again we get some clue as to why.
