Ed Cranford ce6b98e2d1 Checks guest status during migration. ...

During a migration, waits for the guest and service to start up
following the status change to VERIFY_RESIZE. Confirms if everything
is all right, or reverts if not.

Implements blueprint migration-check-guest-status
