Add the missing task states

Adding tthe following missing task states:

* CONTAINER_PAUSING
* CONTAINER_UNPAUSING
* CONTAINER_KILLING
* CONTAINER_ADDING_SG
* CONTAINER_REMOVING_SG
* NETWORK_ATTACHING
* NETWORK_DETACHING
