The current commit enables helm auto-versioning to the Intel
device plugin Operator charts. It also includes package renames
as suggested in other application's reviews.
Test Plan:
PASS: Build all packagens generating an application tarball verifying
all charts versions are compliant.
PASS: Validate basic application lifecycle operations:
upload/apply/remove/delete.
PASS: Introduce temporary chart changes and ensure
that the versions increment as expected.
