This adds golang-1.18 package (go version 1.18.5). CentOS patches that were applied on Debian for golang-1.16.12 and golang-1.17.5 have not been included since they are not required. To use this version, instead of the default one provided by golang-go package, add /usr/lib/go-1.18/bin/ to PATH, or invoke /usr/lib/go-1.18/bin/go directly. Packages that specify Build-Depends: golang-any, bring in the default golang-go package.
