Boovan Rajendran eb34ed1f3b Remove go-dep package from build environment ...

The go-dep package is no longer used in the build process
and can be removed from the build environment to eliminate
unnecessary dependencies.

Test Plan:
PASS: Download all packages successfully.
PASS: Build ISO and installed as AIO-SX.
