Tee Ngo e7df9cd0e5 Update endpoint cache clients 
Update sysinv, patching and vim clients which do not support
session to make use of the cached service endpoint so they
do not need to retrieve it from keystone service.

Tests:
  - Batch subcloud deployment
  - Initial sync
  - Platform and Identity sync
  - Patching orchestration
  - Upgrade orchestration
  - Batch subcloud deletion
  - Batch subcloud outage (simulated)
  - Overnight soak
