The OpenStack Foundation became Open Infrastructure Foundation. This
patch updates the onboarding slide deck to reflect this change.

The patch replaces the onboarding slide deck with a new version that:
* Removes the 'pilot project' reference
* Polishes some of the slides to remove release version references
* Updates some details about the TSC group to make it more high level

The PPT used for install guide diagrams was updated to include a Proxy
Overview back in May. This review archives the updated PPT in the
repository for any future changes.

why-I-would-use-this for each Deployment option:
- StarlingX Deployment Options Presentation including
diagrams and description, our source file.
